The next step in this ladder is the SafeGround™ refactor, where the former SurvivorSupport™ foundation is being upgraded into a stronger domestic abuse / domestic violence survivor-support App with safer wording, device-safety reminders, Quick Exit, Fake Neutral Screen, Vex™ SafeGround Response Engine, LocalCore™ and optional authorised NetworkWatch™.

The VexCare™ ladder is being upgraded toward a local-first App/OS pattern using 4P3X LocalCore™. The goal is for each support App to install locally, keep working offline where possible, store configuration locally, and avoid cloud dependence for base function.

NetworkWatch™ safety wording

Authorised systems only.

4P3X NetworkWatch™ is designed only for owned, admin-managed or explicitly authorised systems. In static App form, it does not perform LAN scanning, hidden monitoring, packet interception, credential capture or unauthorised access. It uses manual device registry, authorised heartbeat/API endpoints, logs, alerts and import/export records.
