The next step in this ladder is the SafeGround™ refactor, where the former SurvivorSupport™ foundation is being upgraded into a stronger domestic abuse / domestic violence survivor-support App with safer wording, device-safety reminders, Quick Exit, Fake Neutral Screen, Vex™ SafeGround Response Engine, LocalCore™ and optional authorised NetworkWatch™.

These Apps are support, grounding, preparation and organisation tools only. They are not therapy, diagnosis, clinical treatment, legal advice, safeguarding support, crisis care or emergency-service replacements. Local-first direction
The VexCare™ ladder is being upgraded toward a local-first App/OS pattern using 4P3X LocalCore™. The goal is for each support App to install locally, keep working offline where possible, store configuration locally, and avoid cloud dependence for base function.
NetworkWatch™ safety wording
4P3X NetworkWatch™ is designed only for owned, admin-managed or explicitly authorised systems. In static App form, it does not perform LAN scanning, hidden monitoring, packet interception, credential capture or unauthorised access. It uses manual device registry, authorised heartbeat/API endpoints, logs, alerts and import/export records.

VexCare™ is designed as an offline-first App. Once opened or installed, the core support tools are intended to remain available on the user’s device even when there is no active internet connection.
This matters because support tools should not disappear when someone has poor signal, no Wi‑Fi, limited data or needs private support on the move.
Core offline-first features include grounding tools, guided check-ins, private journal, support plan, trusted contacts, text-to-speech support where available, local records and export/delete controls.
Private By Design
VexCare™ uses a device-first privacy approach. It is designed so users can use core support tools without needing everything pushed into the cloud.
The App focuses on private notes, local records, user-controlled export and user-controlled delete. This makes it suitable as a privacy-first support App foundation for future pilots, lived-experience projects, charities, wellbeing initiatives or support organisations, subject to proper review before wider public or regulated use.
